Quote requests

When you send the quote form, we receive what you typed: your name, company, email, phone number and the details of your job. It is emailed to the shop so we can answer you. We use it to quote and do the work, and to contact you about it. We don't sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list.

Files you upload

Photos, drawings and CAD files you attach are stored in private, access-controlled storage. The shop gets download links that expire after 7 days, and the files are deleted automatically after one year. Your files stay yours, and we don't share them with anyone outside the shop without your permission.

Website analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons people use, such as how many people tap “Call”. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your browser type, approximate location and the pages you view. It doesn't tell us who you are.
